Service Areas

We cover all of Gilbert, including Agritopia and the Higley area, plus the East Valley around it: Mesa and its Lehi neighborhood, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Sun Lakes, Leisure World, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon and Maricopa, and farther out Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, Guadalupe, Ahwatukee and east Phoenix. Housing ages differ a lot across that map. Older parts of Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix have flatwork from the 1970s and 1980s that is due for repair or replacement, while newer subdivisions mostly need extensions, patios and pool decks. Every visit starts the same way: look at the site, check drainage and access, then write it up.
